XEROX Printer Instructions

MAC Device

1. Xerox.com

2. Customer Support > All Support and Drivers

3. Find the driver for your specific device and download

4. Once downloaded, open a print screen

5. File > Print > Layout Dropdown > Xerox Features > Paper Output dropdown > Advanced >

Configuration > Accounting > do not prompt > user ID input (Last 4 of SS#) > Ok

Windows Device

1. Xerox.com

2. Customer Support > All Support and Drivers

3. Find the driver “Xerox SmartStart” and Download

4. Create folder on Desktop and save driver download there and run the installation process

5. Once installed, it should automatically find the printer through wi-fi

a. If it doesn’t, you can search using the IP Address: http://192.168.1.149. Print test page and it should ask you for your user code (last 4 of SS#)
